Most large travel platforms charge guides 25–35% commission and tack on extra service fees for travelers. At TQM Tours, we do things differently. We charge just 15%, split evenly—half is covered by the customer and the other half by our guides. This transparent approach ensures guides take home more of their earnings compared to working with large corporations, while travelers enjoy fair and competitive pricing. This modest fee helps us sustainably grow our business, improve our website, and market our tours—benefiting guides and guests alike.
