Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Once your booking is confirmed, any cancellation or rescheduling must follow the guidelines outlined below. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and our partners, please review our cancellation terms below:
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable. Our tours involve prepaid reservations with distilleries and guides, which are confirmed immediately upon booking.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a reembolso parcial. Partial refunds will be determined based on the tour’s specific cancellation policy and may be subject to administrative fees. - Certain premium tours (noted in their descriptions) require 48 to 72 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling, as these involve exclusive bookings that are finalized days in advance.
This policy supersedes any prior cancellation terms communicated before your booking confirmation.
Rescheduling
- Tours may be rescheduled free of charge, as long as the change meets the original tour’s cancellation notice requirement (24, 48, or 72 hours depending on the tour).
- To reschedule, please get in touch with our team. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.
Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other events classified as force majeure), TQM Tours will make every effort to reschedule your tour. However, we cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations arising from such events. By booking a tour, you acknowledge and agree that TQM Tours’ liability in these circumstances is limited. In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, please contact our team directly. We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to provide a fair resolution.
