Can I book the Cantaritos stop with the Sunset option?
No. Cantaritos El Güero is available only on the Sunrise plan. Sunset returns by bus.
Can I choose a different stop instead of Cantaritos?
Yes. Alternatives like Los Gallos or Amatiteña Garden are available on Sunrise. Mention your choice when booking.
What if I just want to return directly?
Your private shuttle can skip the stop and bring you straight back, flexibility is part of the Premium Plus package.
I’m staying in Tequila—can I still join?
Yes. Pickup in Tequila with transfer to Guadalajara is included at no cost. After the train, you can return to Tequila or Guadalajara.
How long is the José Cuervo train ride?
Each segment is ~2 hours. The full Premium Plus experience lasts ~11 hours.
What day does the José Cuervo Express run?
Saturdays only. Advance booking is strongly recommended.

Really great tour. Premium Plus makes a difference: better perks, more intimate tasting sessions, superior food. Our guide was super knowledgable and made it fun. My only small gripe is I feel the premium price means expectations are higher, one or two of the “special” tequilas weren’t as memorable to me. But the ambiance, the extras, the whole curated feel — definitely recommended.
